Many company's Q end dates are not calender. My company has Q end on the Saturday that is at or just past the last day the month, at midnight. A Q ending June 30, for example, would actually end at midnight on Saturday, July 4.

I do not know how typical this is, however. Nor do I know how INPR marks end of Q.
