That boat you guys are in, is it a shell?

I picked up a few shares yesterday on the momentum and then held on to them because I thought the pullback was pretty solid.
I see this morning the traders have bailed at the BID (and low volume).

I'd like to get some more info on this critter, but not much luck. You or Highlander smell anything in the air - other than the "rumor"?
