Michael,
After either two 2:1 splits, or one 3:1 split, Or when all extra shares are exhausted for some other use, then, when the Board of Directors, and MD feel the earnings and growth substantiate and support yet another asking of Shareholders to vote again on another increase of common shares, why, as long as this company is profitable, then the BOD can again ask for increasing the shares, to the next higher level. In other words, 'yes' is the answer to your question.
