several reasons: This is the Internet, Intranet company to be precise. It is one of the component of ISDEX. It is discounted because other Internet enjoyed doule/triple run in the past several months while OTEXF stays flat. One cent short of expectation (a misleading 20%) is the main reason some people lost the interesting. However, the latest Q still scored a 500% growth from its previous one (5c vs. 1c). Internet stock had a correction last month but is coming back strong. The unnoticed one such as OTEXF will catch up soon. Good luck
