Bob, FWIW, I am unhedged, unboxed, just long.

If the price should decline to 52, I am out of here. My floating stop remains 50% of the all-time high. You might see it as greed, but I just pretend like I own half of what the market value of my stock really is. I really want to be a long-term (5 year) AMZN shareholder. I don't pretend to be bullish, or bearish--I think I would be labelled as an "agnostic" on AMZN. ie I don't think there is a rational way to have confidence about the future direction of the share price. I really can't even recommend that the shorts should cover, because, who knows, the price may drop 50% in a week or two.

I am letting the heavy hitters with the big money play their power games over the shorted shares, and trying not to take this too seriously or get emotional about it.

Best Regards,
Tom

PS I hope you came out OK with your strategy on AMZN
