Hi MZ,
VTSS still fits well into my long term portfolio, although I do make periodic "inventory adjustments" to the core position. Those small shifts work to help total return on the stock when it is in one of these flatter periods.

My VTSS portf. is fully funded with cash reserve right now, so I can afford to let the price rise into the $30s (if it will cooperate) before I make my next adjustment.
