These are retail final sales, does not include inventory build up, e.g. IBM and GTW have not hit on the great idea yet: they should sell to each other at good prices. IBM says, GTW, if you buy 1M units from me for 5k a unit, I Buy 1M units from you at same price, and we call it even. Great growth! then again, maybe they are not less imaginative than I and already are doing this?
