Ramsey, what I heard Morgan say was that he expects selective buying from Japan, not that they are selectively buying. As for over optimism about Taiwan, he said they were weakening, but that he expected them to be strong over the long run, i.e., three to five years. Doesn't sound all that bullish to me, in the near term.
