Good news El!!! I was also at Barnes and Noble yesterday getting my daily fix (large Starbucks coffee), and scanning the newest batch of PC magazines. I believe it was in PC Computing (was looking at 3-4 of them) where I read a piece on Dell. They have been tracking increasing complaints about Dell support (long wait times, faulty info). They had sent a bunch of these complaints off to Dell and said that the company was reviewing them. A Dell spokesman said they have had unprecedented growth and that this may have something to do with the slow service.....
