I think it will take Monday with all present and a full day to factor it all in.

As far as the numbers go the closer in estimates are closer although low. The 20% long term earnings growth doesn't mean much to me. If Dell comes in at 20% earnings growth next year I would be very disappointed and I don't give it too much weight.

As far as taxes go, it sounds like you are right on track. I don't have the option of exercising the options so I did not consider that. It is a great way to go if you can.

I too in general don't mind paying taxes on profits as I figure it as a cost of doing business. However, I would be far from truthfull if I said I would be unhappy about eliminating the capital gains tax.
