Have you rechecked the report? As I wrote before it makes no sense

Only 1.8 million shares are outstanding, therefore, it is impossible for 99 million to trade.

99,000 would be more like it since insiders hold about 137,000.

Do you have dates of the transactions and whom they were made by?
