Charles, Large blocks traded is not from Telescan but from Stocksmart but related to it from telescan is a search for Most percent institutional ownership, + %volume over 30 day moving average.. Inceased volume + large percent institutional ownership (updated every 7 days) + big blocks going through today = possible candidate for watch list .... then comes the technical filtering ..
