TK, I agree with you on the Supreme court issue overhanging the stock However, I believe some astute investors individual and institutional alike, will shortly see Hilliou changing BNGO much to the better. When the evidence just begins to show I think we will see folks stepping up to the plate to buy and buy strongly once again. I do not think it is going to take as much time as we all think either. This stock got murdered on total loss of management credibility in the market place. Andre is quite savvy about this issue and has read and spoken to countless people about what happened at BNGO including some of us. Andre also understands how very very important strong shareholder and institutional support is in moving the stock into higher ground. He does know what he is doing! A nice plus for the CEO don't you think? :) Strategy execution has yet to be proved and market reception to be determined but I am confident in our future. Lets all keep communicating with Andre with prudent reason and make sure we all understand his mission. This guy cares about all the shareholders even and most importantly the little guy.
