I remember in the conference call a few months ago, an analyst said the switching market was shaped like a pyramid and CS had the pieces in the higher parts and lacked the important base part, i.e., 10/100 workgroup switching, which has the largest market value. He asked CB if CS realized that and how would CS attack this problem and I remember CB said CS would solve the problem by internal development. Back then NETVA's price was much higher. I guess CS waited until NETVA's price tanked and then bought it cheap. It seems to me NETVA is the missing piece CS really needs.
