News was good, but I don't feel it was good enough to make the price turn around just yet. We had a full hour to see a reversal and nothing happened. We're still in the testing phase, which means no numbers to chew on. The ongoing negotiations with a Matagorda partner is also something that will need to be finalized before major buyers come in. Let's hope that the negotiations will be completed shortly. Regarding possible shorts. Doubt that also. What is there to short from these levels ? Who are the shorts ? Anyone with level 2 or 3 visibility should have access to that. Isn't there a web site that shows all short positions on a company ? And please don't blame the drop in price on the shorts. That's B.S. Just my thoughts, TWICK.
