Thanks William. Somebody please correct me if I am wrong, but it appears to be an option granted to AXC VP Michael Cooper on 6/18/98 ...giving to him the right to purchase 125,000 shares of the common on 6/18/99 ...at 2.125. Hope he gets a chance to exercise that with enormous glee next year.
Also ...as to the speed of the DLT setup for Microsoft's Terraserver ......a kind but anonymous person wrote a convincing comparison in an email he sent ..as follows
<<The 108GB/hour reported is an aggregate data rate across 6 DLT drives yielding a true single drive I/O speed of ~5MB/sec
DST drives provide 20MB/sec or >70GB/hour - per Drive -.
Considering I/O speed only you can look at this two ways;
1. You need only 2 DST drives for every 6 DLT or,
2. 6 DST drives can move data at >400GB/hour aggregate>>

Sounds about right.Really wonder why Microsoft chose that system. Maybe company size ( and the integrated services AXC is adding now) had something to do with it. The DST remains incomparable ( if mighty expensive up front)
