Gary another one of your great post. Maybe we should start using the excuse that this is mid summer year end tax loss selling. First of all I haven't heard of too many firms that offer the ability to margin a stock such as Crystallex( and by no means am I questioning KMT's info), but if memory serves up correctly is must be over $5 to do so. It may be $3 which then it would probably qualify...but thats not as important as the stock drop occurred 6/10,6/11,6/12. which means that margin calls (reg T) would have been issued and again usually maintenance dollars are due next day. Depending on the back office sometimes up to 3 days would be granted before a sell order would be entered by the firm. They would have to do so because of Reg T SEC rules. In other words they had better screw the client or face penalites themselves. So most of that selling IMO would have hit say last Thursday/Friday and for the sake of argument Monday/Tuesday. So where did all the volume come from yesterday and today. AND WERE THESE SHARES REGISTERED, AS MOST LARGE HOLDERS WOULD PROBABLY HAVE HAD. And if these recent sellers were not KRY reg T sells then lets look at who could it have been. The company??? Well logic would lean towards this but maybe/maybe not . As Gary has said we have seen a bunch (too many) shares being issued. We would hope that this has been for the acquisition of more properties, which can stand up on its on. We haven't seen any additional news releases or for that matter any behind the scenes rumors to back that up. Did the company sell some shares for additional cash. According to the published news release, and even the behind the scenes rumors, moneys a no problem not needed deal, so this argument doesn't stand. How about the theory our new "FRIENDLY" market maker. Geez some friend they have been. Geez Ian/Les check out these guys before you crawl into bed with these guys. My butt is sore. They're not screwing MDIN management but its little ol shareholders that have been getting in at trades above 36,46,56 cents. Mangement has nothing to lose. (And they know it!) Sure they could gain alot, thats my problem, they keep issuing these shares, hopefully they are not padding their accounts at our expense. Give me some of those shares. Every share that I bought had a commission attached to it, and I paid retail. No market maker dropped the price for me to get a couple of million shares. If this is brother in law BS I would have thought it would have been over with by now. Especially since the majority of which were to be registered. Those shares which has now been over a couple of weeks now, would have certainly have triggered a problem with the TA, and a short squeeze. So lets issue more shares to keep that from happening. Hmmmmmmmm???? Can we all say Oh GARY, whats that big word...fidiciary responsibilty. Maybe we should file a suit, then we will get the answers we deserve. These guys continue to hold the price down for their own reasons. I'm losing faith that its shorts keeping us down. And I certainly don't buy this flipper BS. We should have been at full reg a long time ago, and a monumental squeeze underway. These flippers and shorts would have been handed their clocks. But then we have to trust the numbers that have been circulated by MANAGEMENT. Of course they'll deny ever saying their was a large short position, it was something we dreamed up on the thread...Let's see where else was my thoughts going. Oh yea, the end of the month stuff...lets don't even go there folks. Not an event. Ok, how about price of gold...Well here's my theory. The lower the price goes the MORE attractive that a junior becomes. Thier cost of production is much lower, and profit potential much greater. The majors begin to scramble to find these properties in order to save their balance sheets. A higher price causes them to sit back in the recliner and think their numbers are good so everyone must be doing the right stuff. So for now, I'm not one of those higher gold priices means higher prices for MDIN, (just my opinion folks)...
Last and not least, we have been promised much, yes it does take time to negoiate, and to get things rolling, but based on published news releases, things are long overdue. The behind the scenes rumors become questionable when time lapses and the stock drops. I say send me a non disclosure...I'll sign it (then they can sue me if I open my trap), or we retain the services of a special Indianapolis shareholder who can represent our cause. I'm tired of being nice, and I'm tired of the BS and the brother in lawing that is occuring. The time is up. Its time to share the facts with the world. Certainly we can back up what we have without worrying about MINE....Hmmmmmmm

Damn Vinny keep it short next time, or don't spend so much time in the sun!!!
