Anybody notice the large block trade at 3:56:06 EST at $ 5 3/8. The size was 100K shares. Is the company buying back shares? It appears that it probably was a purchase. Perhaps an institutional buyer is establishing a position at these prices.

There were two other block trades for 15K shares each and one for 10K shares. These must have been sales since they were at $5 and $4 31/32.

Perhaps this is part of end of the quarter portfolio window dressing.
