Tom is right and wrong. Tom is right assuming ALSC doesn't file Chapter 11. The reason senior management is leaving is obvious. Would you rather have stock options on a 20 dollar stock or a 2 dollar stock? ALSC will be in trouble if they can't prop up the value of
its stock or all of its key people will head for the hills to competitors who dying for technical and senior help. The only reason im not loading up the boat yet is the chart saying something really bad is coming out soon. If they preannounce hypothetically the rest of the year and the stock is up an 1/8, thats when the stock has bottomed. Or if they take it down to 1 3/4 the other way, assuming the balance sheet is ok, I would hop in. I want to see the 10Q first.
The fab investment probaly isn't worth as much as it was 3 months ago.
However, at these levels, they have technology (graphics, flash etc..)
and can be bought out at bargain basement prices. Look at Micron they
are buying everyone out. These things tend to spiral. Well, on Monday we should see the 10Q and that should tell us whether this is
an overdone selloff or smart money was getting out before the shit hit
the fan.

Epics.
