broke, I basically agree with you. The company has not handled the situation well. Until early April, I did not understand that the financing was a problem (was NEVER told that by the company). I am hoping for serious additions to the major personnel in the company and greatly improved investor relations once the deals close. I think the management is scrambling to close these deals. In truth, Dan Masters has more to lose than anyone if the deals fall through and I HAVE A LOT invested in this company. Unfortunately, we know much less than Dan which makes the level of uncertainty that much more difficult to deal with. The heat is on and I think they will perform. This IS STILL my belief. Also, I understand any and ALL levels of frustration. later, leroyt
