They are 1. out to lunch 2. holding some old person's hand and have the other on their wallet for those monthly checks, 3.unaware of what's happening in the world 4. on a free trip they got for dumping the firms stock on you the unsuspecting 5 running out the door at 2:45 for the water hole 6 in a meeting conspiring about selling you that piece of s..t stock the firm got cheap or that they plan on down grading
