YES...YES...YES!!! ! : Goodbye the acts of ommission are a commision ( Quite a few years stonewalled- not a few months of UNTRUTHS..I saw YEARS! ) The Discovery Doc was bad medicine...I will buy back at the earliest opportunity! ( maybe a few years..you know me by now.)( I think I remember there were half those #s of shares a few -four years back...Anyone with old docs handy- I thru my file away.):

Mr. Michael Liggett reports
Inflazyme Pharmaceuticals has successfully completed the $6-million private
placement announced in Stockwatch June 2, 1998. Investors in this round of
financing were Biotechnology Investments, The Goldman Sachs Group, LP,
Royal Bank Capital Corp., and Royal Trust Corp. of Canada. Both the shares
and warrants issued in the private placement are subject to a one year hold
period expiring June 25, 1999.
The net proceeds will be used to finance continuing research and
development and for general corporate purposes.
Dr. Hassan Salari, formerly head of discovery, is no longer employed with
the company.
