Hi Bobby, Talked with IR and they told me that December 12 is the deadline for getting the land sale done. If it goes through it would give MGD between 4 -$6million in proceeds from the sale and I believe they have another $3 million in the bank. I think at that point we could see it run to the $1 - 1.25 mark hitting a ton of resistance in that area. They would also have more than enough cash to buy the "significant" acquisition that is being talked about. I have heard it could run MGD back over the $2.00 mark if all goes well. I'm not fond of the way this company is run by any means...but it ran to $3.40 in the summer and it will run again - they always do. The question is not "if" but "when". In the low to mid 50's I don't see a downside at this point. Good Luck
