To All Interested:

I just got off of the phone with Fisher. I spoke with him for approximately 1 hour. He seemed relaxed and confident with his situation. I asked as many pertinate questions as I could think of and I am satisfied that we do not have clear picture being presented to us.

I am not sure how to summarize the conversation as it is filled with facts that I am not totally familiar with. But for the most part I believe we have not been heard all the facts as they happened.

I am not here to say that he convinced me he is not to blame for some of our problems but after talking to him I am convinced that the people that we have heard from this company may have reason to cloud the issue with certain items that may have be blown a little out of proportion.

To Fisher's way of thinking this is all boils down to a power struggle between him and Mark. He is not going away unless he gets his just compensation or he is put back in charge.

Until this power struggle is put to rest we are in limbo. I don't think this really has to do with DF-144 or any other item of Midland or Arcon, this is about control. We are in the middle and are stuck here.

As far as patents Dan says he owns 66 percent of the DF-144 patent and Spriggs owns 33 percent. The share issue was discussed and as Gabard has already posted what Dan told him I heard a similar version with additional information implying that he was not the only person issuing shares.

I am not going to go into more detail about the conversation because it is basically he said I said information that can not be verified or eliminated as fact.

As far as who is telling the truth and who is lying we will have to see. I look at it this way. Whoever has the most to lose is the first tempted to lie but anyone that is being paid or getting stock is also just as apt to lie for his own gain and I think some individuals are getting paid by Midland that have not revealed this fact to us.
