Chris - I may pass it on to Kristi to see if we can get an answer. We may or may not.

I think it was a passing comment. The only thing that may get written off/down is LearnStar in the 4th Qtr. Home Services will have need for some of programs from LearnStar.

The market could ruin a lot of plans in 1997, however; if NTN (Jerry) can come thur in the 4th Qtr and the same in 1st Qtr (which is normally the weakest) we could very well hold our own. 1997 is expected to be a BIG year for the Company and the projects in development (Internet, selling merchindise on their NetWork, IWN and Europe) could provide a lot of $$$'s to the company.

I have had a nice year myself. Wife's IRA doing great. Family Mutual Funds also holding up well. My IRA is so so as I use it on my high flyers in local San Diego Stocks, but has Mutual Funds to balance it out some. All stocks are long term investments - NTN, NCII, JMAR.
NTN and JMAR are in the Green - NCII has taken a beating this year, but expect it to do much better next year. Shareholders meeting is this Friday and I am going. They have started selling the VoiceLink and Flashback as the "Mobile Office" Check out the neat Film clip on
