Eric. I am not selling this pup at a loss. I am bitching right now. Forget about all this buyout talk, etc.

Do you agree with me that that we need a CEO, period? And that it is just as important (if not more) than the technicals right now?
(Or disagree. That's OK too).

Are you satisfied with Marengi in the position right now? I didn't say are you satisfied with the results of the last Q with Marengi in the position. Frankly, I don't think he wants that job. But then again, that's my opinion. I don't like the idea of a company being run by a committe of 12. Reminds me of the disciples or something like that <G>.

Are you satisfied with what *I* see as a "flat line" on sales/revenue for quite a number of Q's, and nobody their seems to be too concerned about that (read: back to my harping on an appointment of a CEO)? Or do you see something more spectacular than I do on the horizon?

Eric, YOU (READ: YOU -> ERIC HALL) are the ONLY one in the trade press that I see or read that has a kind word about Novell. Even Barry Nance doesn't bother coming here anymore. Why is that?

Regards,

Joe... <not bailin', just wailin')
