vic, The $4.64 is the conversion price, for preferred holdings only, that one may convert at or at 80% of the average closing price for the previous 20 days (or about $2.35). It doesn't have anything to do with the warrants. The warrants are one share of FTEL stock for each warrant if the IPO doesn't go through. WH
