Frankly:

If I were in a big power struggle to control my company, I would not:
1. leave the country. Or even the state, most likely.
2. sell or buy stock illegally.
3. leave my cars to leasing agents.
4. put my house up for sale.
5. communicate with my stockholders only after stops were placed on
my transfers.
6. have more than one story to tell.
7. say I had a "special" shareholder's meeting that was not publicized to (whom else?)...shareholders. My, that IS a special meeting.
8. any of the above.

Anyway, if I had a company, those are some things I wouldn't do.
I think I wouldn't do them, anyway, that is, if I did have or think I had a company.

Hmm, what if I only had the company's cash?

You've convinced me, Bender. I hope the judge and the SEC are not as gullible as I am. LOL.

The funniest thing: Who paid for the phone call?
