This would seem to be an insignificant problem for most people (other than those bleeding heart liberals, of course), but for Muffy, it was a near disaster. You see, it was Muffy's rare hereditary disease of the lymph nodes that was kept in check by pills containing the excretory materials of the TBG. Muffy would run out of pills soon and start feeling crappy if there were no more ... crap from the TBG. Whatever would she do?
