Thats correct. I thought he was talking about what happens on 6/30. That refers only to the warrants that were sold along with the 7 mil. in prefereds.They have a limit of conversion of 20% per month by the 8 institutions. Some have been converting small portions others have not.According to ftel they are looking for much bigger payoff as a venture investor usually does.
