Mr. Wexler: Since you elected not to retract your irresponsible, incendiary and potentially libelous statements, I'll let you proffer your absurd response to TAVA's legal counsel. When I apprise TAVA's counsel of your Thursday, 2:58 PM post, I am adding your Thursday, 1:54 AM post that also strongly hinted at fraudulent behavior on the part of TAVA. For anyone else tempted to follow in Mr. Wexler's footsteps and suggest that a company is engaged in fraudulent stock promotion without a shred of proof, I suggest you refrain from doing so on my watch. Mr. Wexler, I would think by Monday, you'll get a chance to exchange your views on your TAVA fraud 'suspicions' with their attorney(s). I would strongly recommend you retain one of your own. Your unbelievably weak 'fraud' reasoning is so transparently without merit as to be unworthy of a rebuttal.
