Debra, You are quite correct.I read the fillings and then had a 25 minute talk with the cfo to clarify my understanding.The structure of the deal with the large institutional investors(8 of them)in november gave them certain optional paths to take until may of 99 with decision dates this july 30.According to tom, it was not going to have a big impact on the stock because it was spread out over many many months and many different investors. They got no better deal than many on this board in those optios(i.e. 1 dollar warrants in fnet or 4.64 in ftel).What we got was the ability to raise enough money to execute our business plan.A non event.
