Portfolio managers can sometimes take serious flak from clients when they see stocks that are deeply in the minus column. For reasons aside from company fundamentals, there is reason to believe that this issue will face continued weakness until the window dressing period is over.

June 30 is the last day for the managers to shuffle portfolios around to get rid of their losers so it does not poorly reflect on their client reports. This window-dressing effect, while negative for the near term, can present potential EQNX buyers an interesting buying opportunity, provided of course that the company fundamentals remain intact.
