** DR I'm in my office for the next 1.5 hours, you have the number**

Sorry for the delay. I was over at Roper yesterday and got a hands on demo of Lifeline, and the new PSM from Rick Watson himself. I am very impressed with everything. And being a bit of a techno toy freak, if it wasn't $35,000+ U.S., I'd want one just to play with.

Looks very simple to learn, dos based program, printer built in, etc. etc. Lots of Motorola components, such as the handset mike, the nickel metal battery (assume they have lithium as well) that powers the PSM, and more.

And a bonus, the PMC (Portable Monitering Console)is built into a Zero Haliburton aluminum case, the best cases made on this planet, in my humble, but biased, opinion since I represent the company that imports and sells them in Canada. Computer, camera dealers, etc., can take note of that and contact me or Booth Photographic in Toronto with any Haliburton questions. Sorry but gotta get the plugs in where I can.

I believe that Roper have filled or filed everything that the ASE has requested. I think there is just one more thing to be done, shouldn't be too tough for them to do, before we are up and trading again.

Regards,

Jim
