BlueFox, I'm in a hurry and am skip reading. But what you said below stands out. And it's a perfect example why you don't take Jon Tara's word. That response is a perfect example of steering the discussion away from the point of a question to a trivial non-issue. Lair could have stayed there for 20 days, or 2000 days, it doesn't change the point: if he was there to get the company going in the right direction (this thread was raving about it) why undo his work now?
