If you took $1.60 as the amount of profit/share, aren't we forgetting the P/E ratio? A modest one might be 10 which would make the stock worth $16.00. In other words, the stock sells at a certain multiple over earnings. I'm not good with all these calculations but if we're going to play "let's make a stock price" you must figure in a price/earnings ratio.
