Is anyone else experiencing problems with 'run time errors' causing Mytrack to close down while running Netscape simulaneously?

What about the havoc it creates to the scroll bar on Netscape?

There are plenty of bugs in the latest version. How can they still be charging for this service while it is still so bloody buggie?

In my opinion they should NOT charge until the new version is out in 2 weeks. TOo many problems, not enough charts (intraday), right mouse button often doesn't work...logs are bad--no scroll bar, often doesn't show the log at all...I can go on...

I've sent in a dozen suggestions and bugs and what did they do? They showed their thanks by cutting me off when I asked to be credited while they work out the kinks in the program. I think it was probably pushed out far too early...I love the price and the features but not so sure about how they handled my account. I might have payed for it for years if they offered to eat one months charge until the new version is out....Too bad Track Data, you can't afford to lose customers because there will be competitors who do it better.
