Ironic, but Quick Profits may have a real live Low Float Long in NVIC. DD far from complete but company is fully reporting, profitable, seems at first glance to have a forward-looking technology with patent protection and real potential for expansion. Technology involves recycling of sewage and animal wastes into fertilizers. Informative site at: nviro.com Shares Outstanding - 2.5M Float - 1.3M (1M @ Yahoo profile) Book Value - 1.13 EPS - .19 Sales - 4.02M Margin - 13% ROE - 18.73% Debt/Equity - .02 52wk. range - 1.62 - 4 Price now - 2.90 8K filed June 19 refers to "certain takeover offers presented to the company".
