You seem to collect shells I wonder when you put them to your ear do you hear the swish of money or is it the torrent of shareholders being flushed down the toilet? :o}

Another factor in the shell game is to look at the amount of institutional funds that got caught in the failure. They are often a foreshadower of the future in the sense that a shell that has them as shareholders can become public with instantaneous institutional support if it is a good company. This is a desirable fact for the type of companies that you are referring to. The Biotech field is replete with examples of these types of failures. I will mention one Shell that I follow which has gone through bankruptcy and now is looking for a merger candidate and has high quality institutional shareholders but has been dead money for a long time. You have to have the patience to hold and hold and hold and hold and then when you run out of patience hold some more.

Let me know what you all find out and I can confirm if right or wrong or if new to me. It would be a good exercise for all of us (Me too) on how to Due Dili and what it means. I would participate in this with another shell but this one, I know all the details (sure I do) and could help out with the due dili. If you know a better one then we can do that one. Anyway FWIW a possible interesting exercise for all of us.
