Tom, if you look at the following chart: quote.yahoo.com^SOXX&d=5y you'll see that we have a rally within a bear market. This rally could go for another 40 or 50 points on the SOX without violating the down trend. My scenario of a late October early November low still stands, and even that low could be just a prelude to an extended bear market. Right now, I do not see that happening, but it could. Zeev
