I think we are all aware of the risks of BB's-- I have enjoyed your posts (other than slams and you thinking highly of S.D.-- Have you seen the Axxess stock dive?) but to dismiss all BB's is plain dumb.

I raise VC ($1,000,000 to $25,000,000) for small companies. I have learned to do DD (why waste my time?) and basically all small companies are crap shoots. I mean, how many VC deals actually make it? Not many.

Same here. Basically these BB's bypass me and go directly to market. Most of mine have an exit strategy of an IPO or buy-out.

Different avenues same path, si?

ALL BB's are risky-- but the rewards can be substantial.

And anyone risking anything more than they can afford to lose is a fool....
