You are right, $ 2M burn per quarter. They burn $4M every 6 months, not per year. I goofed. I should have looked at the dates on the top of the cash flow statement more carefully.

I also goofed a little on the cash. I forgot to include the $1 M of marketable securities. So they had $9 M cash at the end of 4/98.

So it seems to me they are set to run out of cash by the summer of 99, at the present cash burn rate.
