It might be a good time to sell....Internet stocks can quicker than you can imagine.... Heavy insider selling is not a good indication. That said I still think Mindsping is a solid company but in for a battle against some serious heavy weights.... If you compare Mindpring to the ultimate ISP (AOL), Mindspring is way way over priced. Market cap / installed base = AOL: 22 billion / 12 million = $1,833 Mindspring: 1 billion / 323,000 = $3,095
