thanks Henry..I had heard a fund manager who invests in SE Asia said the same thing about the Chinese not having to devalue.. wonder why they lately have been suggesting the possibility? also re lifetime employment in Japan..that has changed now I have read..who knows..I read but no longer necessarilly believe.. great point about how the Japanese have an ego or saving face problem..to the point of self destruction? ..also great point about easy solution bobby
