You might be confusing fast-track and expedited review.... Isis got an expedited review -- that's not the same as fast-track. Actually, I'd have been very surprised if Isis didn't get the expedited review -- after reading that article in INC. Magazine, I would hope that they acheive some benefit from their computerized approach. In any case, this is positive. Maybe this will finally breathe life back into the stock.
