No I do not think they have been factored in yet. It takes a while for the news to get out. I think we are going to see more upgrades from the analysts this week. I am looking at the following tax deferment method: a)exercise DELL options-get the stock. b)short the stock to the box. c)close the short position next year. This should defer at least some taxes until next year. Hopefully, the capital gains will be lower then. I will have to pay extra interest and transaction fees. See anything risky about this method? Jim K.
