Mark;

Last time I talked to Nancy Hamm at investor relations there had been no date set. She thought it might be towards the end of the year. My own personal opinion is the much will depend upon the overall health of the disk drive business. Seagate Software right now is adding to the bottom line and thats important. Especially with WDC's problems and the upcoming Maxtor IPO.

She stated (other sources agree)that the desktop business is still a mess and high end drive prices are finally starting to firm up. No guarrantee that the end is in sight. Resolution IMO rides on the WDC and Maxtor. Things could easily get worse with a successful Maxtor IPO.
