Michelle, I started this thread years AGO!

And it's been amazing to see Qdek slump since win95 opening. I made a bundle on this one when I BOT at 15 and it went to 18 in a week or so. GREAT! But since then, and that was 1995, the management at QDEK has seen their cornerstone market of "Fixing all the problems of Windows" dry up with the introduction of Win95. Qdek hasn't had a compelling product that serves a need to computer users. That's why everything has tanked. In my opinion, they should and NEED to scrap the memory management and HD data cleaning business because memory and HD memory are dirt cheap. In order for Qdek to survive they must find different products.

Even at this price, Qdek seems to be a great buy out target...the only problem is that they have no product that would attract a buyer! So it seems that Qdek, in acquiesence to Symantec, will go the way of Syquest and Iomega. -into oblivion.
