Franz, BB stocks are generally not shortable by the average investor in the US. I have heard a few people claim that they have done it. You might want to rethink the risk though, if you short at the beginning of the "pump" phase of a BB, you could be wiped out very quickly, if you are "lucky" enough to borrow some shares. Manipulation is rampant on the BB, and accurate information is at best difficult, if not impossible to obtain.
