I think Jack has recognized this fact by this statement that he would do everything in his power to AVOID a reverse split. Look he is an oilman not IR. He is being honest. He is also saying what Tom at AVBC (one of your stocks right) said. I have no plans to do a reverse split and will avoid it in anyway possible. He is being honest with us, we should trust what he says. If you do not trust your management then sell and be done with it.
